I work with people who are generally satisfied with their lives but have specific emotional problems they wish to address, for example:

• relationship difficulties

• adjustment situations

• bereavement

• anger management

I also work with people who have more deep-seated and long-standing trauma, emotional difficulties or mental health problems which interfere with their ability to live a satisfactory life, for example:

• anxiety states

• depression

• sexual / domestic abuse

• abuse by professional carers

• post traumatic stress disorder

• dissociative disorders

• personality disorder

Therapy can be either short or long term, the number of sessions depends on the needs of each individual.

Appointments - Weekday mornings and evenings. Saturday mornings.
